Can I temporarily pause my service?
How do I cancel service?
To cancel your home service, call 1-800-288-2020. To cancel wireless service or remove a line, you can visit an AT&T store, call 611 from an AT&T wireless phone, or call 1-800-331-0500.
What happens if I cancel my service early?
Cancelling your wireless service may result in early termination fees, which you can learn about here. Cancelling your home service early may also incur penalties. Please call 1-800-288-2020 for more information.
Does AT&T service require a contract?
You do not need a contract to buy AT&T home services, however a contract may be required for certain promotional deals. AT&T offers wireless plans both with and without contracts—check here for more information about wireless agreements.
